I'm having trouble with the automated call customer service systems when seeking info and help with an issue. it's too confusing and time consuming for me when I try to use them. I work alot and im never sure what options given my needs fall under so i have no idea what tp do and most of time i can call customer services is on my 30 minute lunch breake and i never finish or get what i need from
Is there a number that goes directly to a live person? It would be so much easier and faster for me to get the information and/or help i need with my future account, services, device questions.
