insufficient funds

I need help asap.
I make my monthly payment, but in one of my lines I can't make or receive calls or use data.
I went to verizon store (80 milles away from where I live), and they where unable to help me, because they didn't know was going on on my account.
I can't call customer services, because every time I try to call the line keeps sending me to make the payment (which I did twice now).
PLEASE HELP
