ordered phone

I ordered a phone and was told that i could change my shipping address once i order my phone since my shipping and billing address are different. Well i did that but whoever put in the change i guess didn't send it like she said so now my phone is getting sent to somewhere i just moved from. I've been calling since last night nothing! i called this morning and was told to call fed ex well fed ex told me they cant do anything unless the sender sends it up to them! now I'm on hold after calling Verizon 20 plus times because i couldn't get threw. I am highly upset right now. I just want my phone sent to where I'm at!
