I'm currently traveling overseas, thinking the carrier lock will be released after 60 days automatically according to their description, but it hasn't. It really messed up my travel. I'm now on 64th day since activation. Since the day 60, I contacted them thru live chat 5 times. The first 2 assured me that it'll be automatically unlocked within 24 hours. The third agent didn't even know how to count days and said I'm not due for unlock. The last one, who lied to me that he's a tier 2 technician, later told me he'll send the ticket to real tier 2 technician and it will be done in 12 hours. He gave me a ticket number that I don't even know how to use. That was three days ago. Still nothing.
Is there any way to get this done without calling, bc I literally don't have a phone plan overseas right now?
