I am having trouble adding a $60 prepaid card to my verizon jetpack. Do I have to wait for my current data plan to run out or can I do it before?
IIRC, you can add up to 5 Prepaid Refill Cards for a maximum total of $500, but you can only have 1 data plan active at a time. You have to wait until the current data plan expires before you can purchase and activate a new data plan.
Let's fix this trouble sueskj. Please contact our prepaid department by dialing 888-294-6804. They will be able to answer all of your questions as well as assist with your jetpack.

You can add a card to the account, but the add-on data won't go into effect until the base data is used.
