i have been a loyal verizon prepaid plan customer for many years. since you changed to the new plan the current balance no longer shows on my phone. i received a text from you saying i could get my current balance by dialing #255. when i try to call that i get "your call cannot be completed as dialed etc". are you aware that this is happening? and can you restore it so it appears on my phone once again? i have a samsung intensity 2 phone not listed
