I am also having trouble with my phone, I'm trying to add minutes on my account and i can login online but my account is locked on my laptop, and on my phone i cant log in. also i don't remember my 10-15 digit pin number for my phone to restore service to my phone. plz help me
Lauren1769, I want to make sure that you don't run out of minutes on your phone. Sounds like you're currently on our prepay services. I do apologize, but we don't have any access to the prepaid accounts. I would recommend on reaching out to our prepaid team by calling them at 888-294-6804. They would be able to further assist.
