I bought my phone on Sep 1 from a Verizon rep who won my business based on the Moto E with second month free promo. When my phone didn't work this morning, I called CS and was told there is no such promo. She put me on hold and never came back, lost the connection. Tried to call back and you're only give one call apparently, got sent in circles with no resolution. I did a search and found the promo does INDEED exist, but I'm unable to find a way to resolve this. Chat is down, web page won't go to certain areas. If this is what I can expect from Verizon, I'll go elsewhere. NOT HAPPY so far.
I got a second month free with port-in. BUT, turns out my first month was made free and the money I put in the account to begin service was used for the second month. Also signed up for auto-pay and got my bonus 1GB data from the first day without having to wait until the second month.
