what is the difference between my usage and total usage?

Let's make sure you are able to easily manage your account! To confirm are you seeing this information on your My Verizon account? If you have other lines on the account the total usage will reflect all lines as a whole. "My Usage" reflects the usage on your line only. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
