I ordered a prepaid family plan that hit my credit card and i got a receipt. Now verizon can't find the order. I have spent hours on this this week being switched from department to department being told nobody could find the order. Finally I found a person that was solving it and my line was dropped!!!! Now I have to start all over with these less than competent people.
What is wrong with verizon?????
You went with prepaid, that's what happened. No one goes to prepaid and expects top tier service, it's cheap for a reason.
