I have already searched this topic, read several threads with no solution to this problem. Very frustrated.
I would like to add my husband as a second parent on the Verizon Smart Family App. When I try to do this, I am only offered the option to add him as a child. I have already double checked and verified that he already is an account manager authorized line on our My Verizon account. This seems to be some kind of error in the design of the app - and if people are still trying to address this after several years - WHY HASN'T IT BEEN FIXED YET??
How can this be addressed successfully?

Hey there, tpatricco, we know it's important for you to be able to manage yoru Smart Family controls. Is your husband added to your account as an Account Manager and have you specified which mobile number is his when adding him?
