I have not filed an Assurion claim. Been paying for years for insurance. Received an email today about a rate hike happening in May. I could have bought at least 2 high end phones for what I have paid into this. Instead of giving an across the board increase, perhaps discount those of us that haven't filed a claim. Just saying. I dropped the service today, and will take my chances. Again, I believe that folks who haven't filed a claim should receive a discounted rate.
