Asurion website not loading

Hello, I’m at a last resort here, I’m currently in Japan and had my iPhone 13 Pro Max in my pocket when I fell in a river. I am trying to claim it on the Asurion website but every time I try to start a claim the “deviceprotection.phoneclaim .com” page won’t load. I’m currently just stuck to using ,my iPad on WiFi for everything. And I need my phone for work. Further more I can’t login to the Verizon website because the phone is completely dead and there are no stores near me (or at all I think in Japan). Please I need help

We're so sorry to hear that you lost your phone! That's never a great situation to be in, especially out of the country. The easiest way to reach Asurion is always the claim website here: https://www.asurion.com/claims/verizon/ If you're having problems with that, you can also call them at their international number by dialing +1 615-647-3364 They're available from 12:00AM - 12:00PM CT. I'm sure they'll be able to help you place that claim and get your replacement ASAP!
