Over a month since Verizon store person switched my sons phone ( never said start ur claim first)to an existing phone that we had . Been dealing with the nightmare that is Asurion / Verizon. 

They will take ur money but they will not help u find a resolution!? So currently my kid is in another state w/ no phone bc I was instructed to put the non working phone back on the acct and re- file the claim. Nobody can tell me that that is the phone on the acct for sure , so he can put the sort of operational back up phone back on the acct&&& the claim is still not approved.:-/

absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age u cannot have someone between these two companies that has a way to fix this. We have literally been working on this over a month !?!? If I didn’t owe $$ on this phone my service on all 3 lines I have would already be terminated ~
