I don't how to give feedback to Verizon. I doubt very much they read these forums and they're here to appease us. But that being said I'll give it a try. I really irritated as a 30-year customer and in the latest security patch they downloaded without permission three bloatware games to my phone. I think the only way to stop this is to call them and tell them we're canceling our account moving to t-mobile. That person will at least try and talk us out of it and we can share our reasons why. Then in the end we say okay we'll stay but you make sure you pass this up the line so that someone reads it.
