Hello. Unfortunately, the screen on my phone shattered when the phone was dropped in a parking lot yesterday. The phone is inoperable. I cannot log into my Verizon account now because I cannot see the 2 factor authentication code on my broken phone.
I would like to use an alternate method to authenticate my account while I work to get a replacement phone. Using the email address registered to my Verizon account would be a good option.
Please help.
