When we are calling a Verizon customer from our Cisco landline it shows up as a specific city and phone number and NOT our business number. If you call a landline or an ATT number, it correctly shows our business name. How do we fix this issue?

I think you need to contact your service provider and have their technical support follow up on why your lines' name is not getting to ALL/Verizon network provider/CNAM databases. It could also be the Verizon CNAM lookup process/database needs to be refreshed.

We would be happy to take a closer look into this, jrusselltngov0901. To clarify, is this in regard to a business account? When did this first start?
