Callers marked as Potential Spam but they are legitimate Businesses. Need to find out how to get this corrected. The Form at voicespamfeedback.com/vsf/ has NOT helped and does not even send out a confirmation that the submittal was accepted. What is our recourse here?

Hello, keithaw1. Help is here as we don't want you missing any of your important phone calls. Please tell us more. What is the make/model of your phone? Do you currently have the Verizon Call Filter application on the device?

This issue is not just my Verizon Phone but to EVERY Verizon User. When Mcree Ford, a legitimate Ford Dealership in Dickinson, TX, calls to ANY Verizon Cell number, that call comes in as Potential Spam. If the Dealership calls to ANY other Carrier, those incoming calls are not marked as any type of Spam. McRee Fords outgoing caller ID number is 281-337-1529 and the provided CNAM is MCREE FORD. This needs to get corrected before Legal gets involved and the FCC is brought in on this.

Happy Monday! We know the importance of managing your incoming calls, especially if they are being marked as SPAM. Verizon is here to help.
Do you have any type of SPAM services such as Verizon Call Filter?
For more details, click on this link: https://www.verizon.com/solutions-and-services/call-filter/.
Have you attempted to add the specific number to your contacts?

Thank you for the clarifying explaination. We understand that you are not looking for specific assistance with your personal Verizon account, but rather how the outgoing number of this business is showing up on Verizon mobile devices, is that correct? Are you associated with that business in any way? Can you share with us what you device and other devices see/experience when this number is attempting to contact you?
