I have been a Verizon customer for 10+ years, and while it is a great service it is far too expensive to be malfunctioning and causing issues when and where it should not be. My digital secure app was pre installed on my Motorola edge Plus and most of my other previous phones, and therefore is not even eligible for un installation. This app is supposed to be providing a security service, but it seems as if it may just be spyware. First, the icons which display at ALL times have no link nor redirect nor acknowledgement feature, they just display in the drop down menu always. Second, after most of the "bug fix" updates or just in general users are experiencing the same invalid alerts, empty notifications, and draining/processing overuse. If this service is required to run in the background, please fix the notification links to actually work, with valid and true information for the pertinent device. While I could go on, finally, if I do not want the app or software to exist on my phone, anywhere, there is no way, I have found so far, to delete and or uninstall this spyware. It says if you disable, other features may be negatively affected. Please, if this service is one provided by your trademark name, make it very minimum functional in a positive way. If I had subscribed and paid money for this app, and it be as shiny as it is, I'd be livid. If this is not a representation of your service, hollow, misleading, annoying, and broken, then hire someone who can at least make the pages in the app work, with valid information on them. Not to mention, the actual service it is supposed to be providing to the user. Very disappointed in Verizon, and generally feel ripped off.
