Digital secure not working

Ultra 22 digital secure not working at all. Doesn't even come up when I click the link from Verizon sent to Google play says try again not available....what is going on. If I have any hacks or identity theft will Verizon be liable or even notify us since I checked all the boxes for the extras

I am as well, it just gets stuck on loading and never opens.. a lot of very strange activities on my phone today!

I've tried over and over to see the dashboard in digital secure app. And it's really starting to bug me out over all the crazy texts I'm getting saying my phone number is transmitting texts without my consent. I even got texts from a Jessica at customer support, saying , Urgent Action Needed, suspicious activity detected on my cell number. Idk what to do , or who to do???

im  having same issue, no dashboard in digital secure app, can go to service's and settings. Also Gett text that my number is transmitting text without my consent

Digital secure completely killed my wife's Internet connection, whether on Wi-Fi or mobile data. I fixed it by uninstalling updates and disabling the app.

I'm having the same issue as for now dashboard in digital secure app. Plus countless texts saying, my number has been sending unauthorized texts to whoever? Idk if I should click on the link that , Jessica from support sent me stating that.. Urgent Action Needed suspicious activity detected on my phone number?? Can someone please tell me what I should do?

We understand how important it is for you to be able to use the Digital Secure service and we are here to help. Is the Digital Secure app on the most recent version? If not, can you update the app and let us know if you are still having issues? Also, unless you were directly speaking with us and we advised you that we were sending a link, we do not recommend clicking on any unknown links via text.

I was trying to sign up for a plan with the Verizon protection app and it text me that I did sign up but the app does not work! I hope I don't get charged for this foolishness.
