This has been the absolute worst customer experience of any company I’ve ever dealt with!!! A phone was purchased without my knowledge(not one notification) and charged to my account. My daughters line was taken over so she was without a phone. Furthermore I reported this to Verizon as soon as I found out which was o my a month or two after it was purchased. A police report was filed! Verizon continued to charge me for this line and the full payment of the phone for 10 MONTHS!! I’ve been trying to get my money back from this for almost two years!!!!! They’ve shorted me out of money I’ve paid to this line I never had and now they’re saying , after 3 times of getting my bank account info to do a refund, that the money cannot be refunded and I have to take it as a credit on my account!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I’m furious!! I’ve been a paying customer for ten years and I’ve been given nothing but the run around! Times are hard and I need that money!! Has anyone dealt with this before? I’m about at the point where I’m getting my lawyer involved!!
