My phone stopped working this afternoon and I am unable to access my account on my computer because it's sending a push notification to my phone? This is so frustrating! What am I supposed to do??
Hi Umhailie, I'm sorry to hear about your phone. If there is another line on the account, the notification can be sent to them. If there's not you will need to visit a corporate store location vzw.com/stores for account assistance. We also recommend verifying your email address so if in the future you cannot get a push text it can go to your email instead: https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/shared/setup
