My phone screen is cracked after I dropped it. I have Verizon Device Protect, which is supposed to give me unlimited screen repairs. However, whenever I try to file a claim on Asurion's website or phone line, their solution is to send me a new phone, which they want to charge me for. How can I get them to actually fix my screen?
