Identity protection on digital security app have been disconnected for days I’m paying for this service an I’ve made a ticket! The Verizon representative made a ticket and no one trying to resolve it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! You offering services/protection I’m PAYING for & you are not rendering the services.
