Please can someone tell me when you go into the private privacy section into the dashboard and you put in your account identity information. Is it supposed to be your first name and middle name on the top and then your last name on the bottom or is it supposed to be your first middle and last all in one consecutive line. It appears that some fraudulent activities are being put through with my first name and my middle name as my last name and Iโm not sure how theyโre doing it or how I can stop it
The security of your account is always important. Could you tell us what activity you see that is fraudulent? When did this happen?

Corporate store rep told me names donโt matter what a joke!!! Then I call support and I am told different things about my legal name entry-one rep says legal name is entered stacked on 3 separate lines first middle than last. Then another agent says itโs entered middle initial only on one consecutive line !!! I want to see the name I am confirming my email to before I confirm it. Is that too much to ask?? why is this so hard to get my identity to match my drivers license!!!! I have seen 6 different variations of my name that I did not create . I definitely do not feel secure. I have had to call every day since I enrolled. Mis information everywhere I turn.
i want to be able to enter a store they scan my drivers license and everything matches.
