I recently discovered the Neighborhood Filter in Verizon Call Filter app. Great! Because I have a handful of spammers that call every day from the same prefix but last 4 digits of the number are different. I added these prefixes to the Blocker. But I'm still getting calls from those prefixes. Call filter is identifying as potential spam, which it did before I added the blocks, but the calls are still ringing through.
Hey there, emtoler54, we definitely want to help make sure you're able to block calls with Call Filter. When a number is added to the neighborhood filter, those calls should be forwarded to voicemail. Are those calls ringing like a normal call on your phone? What model phone are you using?
