I recently started receiving verification codes for services I am not using (Klarna, TEMU, etc). It seems someone is using my number to set things up. I am curious (1) if they are trying to receive verification codes, are they able somehow to see them come thru (hacking, spy ware, etc); (2) Do I need to worry about these incoming messages or just ignore them? What can Verizon do / I do to verify that I am not hacked?

We know how important it is to make sure that your account is not compromised. In this case, it is important that you do not sign-in or provide any information to any of these services, as they could also be phishing attempts. We always take several security steps to make sure your account is secure as well when reaching out to us. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
