Smart Family Reporting incorrectly

I can not express how incredibly upset I am. This smart family app is not only reporting wrong times. But is reporting that things have happened that haven’t. It is reporting that members of my circle are accessing porn when they aren’t ( a 6 year old) and accessing social media apps that they don’t have. This has been a regular thing since 11/2 Verizon says they can’t trace the access. They tell me that it didn’t glitch. Well Verizon I’ll be calling an attorney.
