Hello,

 

I can’t log into my account. It was locked and now every time I try to reset the password, it says “Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time”.  It’s been a few days and I’m still getting the same error.  I haven’t been able to log in because it won’t let me reset my password. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, you may need to contact Verizon Customer care at 800.922.0204 for them to be able to give you alternative ways on getting accessing to your account.

I am a Verizon employee but my comments and thoughts are my own.
