I’m beyond frustrated. I set up an account online. Received the device without issue. Activated said device, added my first responder discount. I then receive an email that suspicious activity was detected. I’ve called in several times and the fraud team and fraud supervisor all repeat the same thing they they cant validate information and they can’t restore. What do i do. I ported my number from AT&T and ive had this number for 19 years. The fraud team is a compete joke

That did not help that page is for if somebody stole my identity and open account in my name without my consent. The issue here is that I sent an account up knowingly in the account has been suspended due to suspicious activity. I’ve spoken to the team several times, and they keep repeating the same thing that they cannot validate the information provided therefore, they cannot restore the account how do i rectify this situation
