For the second time a legitimate number from Wells Fargo Bank has shown up on my Call Filter as spam.
HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?
The numbers marked as spam are from the Banks Fraud dept.
So while my bank accounts are being compromised by criminals the Bank is trying to alert me to that but it is going to spam.
There should be no way certain numbers can be reported as spam.
Again how is this acceptable and how was it allowed to happen in the first place?
I understand there are some pretty stupid people out there that don't understand and reported it as spam but there should of been safeguards to prevent these numbers from being spam.
What next? Calls from the local police get reported as spam? Calls from hospitals that says tests reveal you are dying if you don't come in get reported as spam?
UNACCEPTABLE!!

I know how important it is to not miss important calls, Shutech. I know I wouldn't want to miss an important call. Call Filter does work on feedback, as sometimes important calls can get filtered, and spam can get through. The great news is that you visit our Spam Feedback Page to report the number as legitimate here: https://voicespamfeedback.com/vsf/

This is not acceptable that we have to search and jump through these hoops to get a phone number allowed that you, Verizon, shouldn't have identified as spam in the first place, especially since the phone call was in reply to one from me to the same phone number. It's doubly outrageous that you charge for allowing more than 5 numbers that YOU incorrectly categorized. This practice must be stopped immediately. Your customers with Call Filter must be allowed to "allow" an unlimited number of numbers for legitimate businesses. Ifthis doesn't change immediately, my next stop will be Twitter/X.

Still happening too. Their spam filter is horrible. I get fake calles every day and repeat calls of people i've marked as spam but legit calls from my bank, power company, and water conpany.... marked as spam and blocked. Their filter is useless.
