Tried to do an insurance claim, They say the phone they want to use as a replacement is back ordered, which ok understandable it happens, but they dont allow you to go get the same phone they offer as a replacement or even the same as the damaged phone from the store? How does that even make sense? Store has the same phone offered and same phone as damaged phone but arent able to trade out the phones and have Verizon ship them the phone?
