I have been receiving harassing voice mails from a number that doesn't ring through or show on caller id.
The only way I have found the number is by checking voice mail which reads the number out loud. How can I stop this when the number never rings through?

We want to provide some information on your concern. From the information you provided, the number seems to be blocked from calls. When a call is blocked, it is automatically sent straight to voicemail. There is currently no way to block numbers from leaving a voicemail message. ~Peter

And what do you propose that I do to stop these calls altogether?

We're very sorry, but our call blocks would actually send the blocked numbers to voicemail automatically, so this wouldn't solve your issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you, but there isn't currently a way to stop those voicemails.

I would like to disable call blocking through Verizon, however the Verizon websit won't let me log into that section of the site. I had a full service plan but switched to prepaid a while back , might that be the problem? If I can't find a way to fix this I will have to change providers.
