Call / text activity not reported

Setup iphone 12 with child icloud account and screen time controls. Disabled imessage so all messages are routed through the network. Smart Family recognizes the device location and synced contacts but no call or text activity has shown up in the dashboard after about a half hour.

Hi. We want you to be able to monitor the usage .
Are these symptoms occuring just after the initial set up of the Smart Family,

or has it been working with quicker updates in the past and now those updates are taking longer than before?

This is the initial setup and there are still 0 calls and texts reported for yesterday.
