Can’t change time on Smart Family Schedules

Ever since the recent update I can’t change the start or end time on school or night hours. I can go into the schedule but I am not able to edit those fields. In addition, when I try to create a custom schedule the app selects the current time as the start time i.e. 9:12 and automatically selects the end time as 15 minutes later. Once again, I am not able to edit those fields. Help!
