Can't log in to the smart family app

I downloaded the smart family app after adding it to my plan and have tried logging in numerous times and also Change my password numerous times because it says your username password are not correct when I try to log in to the app.  It is correct though.   I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app numerous times and restarted my phone. I don't know what else to do. WHY WONT IT WORK?? SO FRUSTRATING!!!

1. Sign into MVO
2. Select Account
3. Select Apps & Add ons
4. Select Smart Family
