Can't log into the Smart Family App

The Smart Family App isn't recognizing my user name and password on my Android. Makes no sense, I have been able to log in with no problems before. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and I changed my password and still can't log into the app. I can log into my Verizon account with no problem and view the Smart Family information such as tracking. What Gives? I see others are having the some issue.

I literally was in the app about 4 hours ago.  Now I cannot log in.  I can log in on the computer, but not on the phone.  I have changed my password, removed the app, reinstalled the app, and changed my password again.  Each time it tells me The My Verizon ID, phone number or password you entered is incorrect.  Not too thrilled with paying for an app I cannot access all of a sudden.
