Trying to configure the Smart Family app. This issue is the same on both of our kids phones (iphone max and iphone 8).
If they are on cellular data the timed restrictions work fine. BUt if they are on wifi, they can still post on snapchat and text people even after the restricted time.
We've installed the companion app and paired their phones. Seems like this shoudn't be difficult.
One of the CSR's in the chat said we also need the Just Kids plan?????? I just switched everyone over to unlimited and sigend up for Smart Family. The person that helped me mentioned nothing about Just kids plan.
Is this ever going to work?????
