I have 3 Galaxy phones that we monitor in FamilyBase, 2 of them work fine, the other will not let me view the contact names, only numbers. FamilyBase Companion is installed on all 3 phones. Any Suggestions welcomed.
We'd like to help you get this issue resolved. Try logging in to MyVerizon on your computer. Check that all the settings are the same as the other two devices for FamilyBase. Please keep us posted so we can assist you further if necessary.
