I recently started using the Family Base feature because my niece was using a lot of data during school hours.
Now that the limits are in place on the program, she has reached her limit for the month.
My question is: Since the data limit I set has been reached, will she still be able to use her phone to access Netflix, Pandora, etc when she is at home on the WI-FI network? Or will anything that requires data usage be unavailable to her for the remainder of our billing cycle until the data resets?
