My 75 year old parents live in area code 21901. For a year now they have had a sudden dead zone. Their service used to be great, so much so that they used a mobile hotspot for internet. Now their calls regularly drop. Itโs not safe. If itโs not fixed we will have to switch to a different provider for their safety. I canโt have them unable to make phone calls. They say theyโve called multiple times and nothing has changed. So Iโm trying this.
