I temporarily paused one of my kids on the safe family plan. Now that child cannot send or receive texts. Is there a way to limit data and WiFi, set social media blocked and still allow them to send and receive texts?
We definitely understand how important it is to monitor our kids mobile devices nowadays, parker4986. I would like to clarify a couple of details to ensure we are on the same page. Are you signed up for the new Smart Family feature? What are you trying to do? Which texting app does the child use?
