Family Base is showing this "The System is currently unable to display Usage Controls details" I have tried the last 4 days to set limits on the kids data and it just says check back later. How can I set limits before my data goes over? Please help
Family Base is supposed to help make your life easier and it does concern us to hear it is not working the way that it should. Lets work to get this up and running as soon as possible for you. What kind of browser are you using to access My Verizon? Are you able to access any other part of the site without issues?
