my son's phone is not making calls, possibly due to changes made to Family Base plan. Any help will be appreciated.
Having a functioning device is essential, and we can definitely help you out with figuring out what, and where, the problem lies. Did you just recently add FamilyBase to your account? Also, where is your son located, if not near or with you?
