Family Companion app content filters stop

My daughter just got a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G and now I get a text a couple of times a day that the app was removed and when I go into my app it says content filters and web and app activity aren't working at the moment.

Its not her removing anything as we have had this app working fine for years on her old phone. It started the day we got her the new phone and I have even had the phone with me when it happened. I have seen many others claiming the same thing but I have not seen any fix.

Yes we have made sure the app was updated and restarted the phone each time we fixed it
