Family base companion fail

I added my child's phone to family base on sunday. I completely cut off web access. Tonight, thursday, he has been able to download 3 apps. I tried to add family base companion to his phone but it said his device isnt supported. Funny because it was supported on monday when i tried but had to stop after installation.  1-how did he get online when my settings still show his data at 0? And why is his phone suddenly incompatible with family base companion? If this is a common occurrence,  i will remove family base and buy the program the school district uses.

I completely understand your frustration, BOMBSHELLSDE. When paying for apps monthly, I would expect them to work they way they were explained to me. Has your son updated his software since Monday? Did he download the apps over Wi-Fi?
