You may want to verify that the lines you want to monitor are still set as Child Lines. If they are, then are you viewing usage through the website or the FamilyBase app? If the app, then what model is your phone?
I have the app. I have a Android and they have an iphone. But I have looked and the settings are right. It doesn't show up on website either.
