FamilyBase is once again not showing text messages.

In the last 2 days FamilyBase as well as the message log on verizonwireless.com is not showing text messages. Someone needs to get this fixed. I have done all the troubleshooting, again, and still no text messages. Why does this keep happening? It is a great tool as long as it is working.

We want to make sure you are able to use all your features. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Does this happen on both My Verizon mobile and using the website? Is anything else on My Verizon having any issues loading?
