Fios cable hanging from pole vz187

  • The Verizon chat is not responding. There is a loop of Fioscable dangling off of pole vz187 (zip code 17112) in front of my house. It is long enough for me to read the cable info walking on the road. It's also long enough to catch on a passing vehicle and get yanked off likely doing real damage. Please alert the proper Verizon team. Thank you.
