We have the just kids plan for our son. Verizon no longer offers it, but we are supposed to still be able to have the smart family premium for free since we already had that plan. When I try to log in it makes me choose a plan with a charge..I have asked multiple people on chat and on the phone with Verizon if I will get that charge credited back to me each bill. No one can confirm or answer that.
When creating profiles on smart family his number doesn't even show up and says not compatible. I'm overly frustrated with the lack of help. This is not the first issue I have had that no one at Verizon seems to be able to fix. What's the issue???
I cannot access his contacts to add or modify anything. After countless hours of talking to someone on phone and chat and multiple tickets created I'm still no where.
